WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We strive to process all orders within three business days of the order being placed. Please note that during peak dispatch times, delivery timeframes may be extended.
Once sent, orders within Australia should arrive within 1 – 6 business days depending on your location.
All of our customers will receive a shipping notification email and tracking number once the order is sent.
Please note we do not ship to PO BOXES.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not currently ship outside of Australia.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
All shipping is currently FREE (Australia Wide Only).

RETURNS
We are unable to accept returns as the majority of items included in our parcels are for sanitary or individual/personal hygiene usage. If however any item(s) supplied are found to be faulty, please follow the below instructions.
- Please email hello@themamma.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item with ‘Return’ as the subject. In the body of the email please state the following:
- your full name
- original order number
- the reason for the return*
- We will reply to your email as soon as possible with instructions on how to proceed.
*Please note that The Mamma reserves the right to decline a return request subject to our discretion.
